Blini with Smoked Salmon $12: Bite sized savory pancakes served with lox style smoked salmon and Crème Fraîche.
Fig, Fruit, and Ginger Compote Wrapped in Phyllo Dough $15:
Fragrant compote of figs, cranberries, apricots, raisins, crystalized ginger, and fresh thyme simmered gently in Siren Song Chardonnay. Compote is baked in Phyllo Dough and served with Chèvre (goat cheese), balsamic glazed pecans, and lavender honey for dipping.
Chef Holly's Stuffed Eggs Au Gratin $15 : This family favorite features smoked ham stuffed eggs (and Chef Holly's special spices) drenched in house-made béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese. Served with oven roasted potatoes seasoned to perfection.
Eggs Benedict $15: English muffin topped with fresh tomato, crispy Prosciutto, a poached egg, and hollandaise sauce, with gentle drizzle of pesto creme. Served with oven roasted potatoes seasoned to perfection.
Croque Monsieur $15: The ultimate French sandwich. This delicious ham and cheese sandwich made with gruyere, parmesan, ham and a simple béchamel sauce, toasted in the oven. Served with a green salad.
