Get ready to celebrate in style at our Black and White Ball - New Year's Eve party. Your ticket includes an evening of fun, food, wine, live music, dancing, and celebrating.
Dinner includes a four-course menu featuring
A welcome of glass of Siren Song Sparkling wine
Course 1 - Variety of passed appetizers
Course 2 - Shaved fennel and green apple salad with pomegranate vinaigrette
Course 3 - Surf and turf main dish featuring lobster tails with honey butter wine sauce, plus braised beef short ribs in red wine reduction, scalloped potatoes, and kale slaw
Course 4 - Dessert buffet featuring a variety of hand crafted sweets (macarons, chocolate cherry cordials, Russian tea cakes, eclairs, creme puffs, and more!
After dinner, dance the night away to the jazzy sounds of the Ellensburg Big Band.
The event is designed to be festive but flexible, so attire is completely up to you. Some form of black and white or cocktail attire is encouraged but not required. Tuxedos are always welcome! It’s up to you!
