Saturday Surf and Turf Dinner for Dad - Menu and Pricing

Dad’s Dinner includes a 3-course menu featuring King Crab and Prime Rib (see details below). Our wine pairing suggestion has been selected to compliment the food and the man! Our suggested wine pairing is the Siren Song 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon SHV.

MENU:

Course - 1 Grilled Corn Salad A fresh beginning to your meal, this salad features cherry tomatoes, grilled corn “off the cob,” red onion strings, spring parsley, and is served with a lime vinaigrette.

Course 2 - Surf and Turf with Baked Potato
King Crab drizzled lightly with butter, served alongside slices of Prime Rib, house-made horseradish sauce, and complemented by a baked potato with all the fixings.

Course 3 - Whiskey Tuxedo Cake
Elegant layers of tender black and white cake sandwiched between decadent layers of Whiskey chocolate ganache, white chocolate mousse, and drizzled with Whiskey caramel sauce.
