2015 The Muse Sparkling Wine - Paired with ginger spiced pumpkin pie featuring chocolate pastry crust and baked meringue (made with fresh pumpkins from Siren Song Farms)

2019 Belle Tavel Grenache Rosé - Paired with Bosc pear frangipane style tart, hazelnut crust, and brandy glaze                               

 2016 Zelda Zinfandel - Paired with apple pie that combines classic pastry crust with an apricot glazed crumble topping, served over citrus crème anglaise
