Join fellow U-M alums for a fun and informative wine tasting with renowned Washington state winemaker Kevin Brown (A.B. '79). The great thing about this tasting is that you won't have to travel to his Siren Song winery on the shores of Lake Chelan to participate! (Although it's a fabulous place to visit the next time you get the chance.)
You can order your wines below for shipment, then sign in using Zoom on October 8th at 5:30pm PDT. Kevin will tell us a bit about his wines and operations in Lake Chelan in central Washington, then we'll split up into breakout rooms for a chance to socialize while continuing to enjoy our chosen vintages. Kevin has hosted some very special game watch parties for us at Siren Song over the last few years, so a few of us locals can attest to how much fun you will have in his company.

2019 Spanish Dancer - 100% Albariño - $30.00 per bottle ($26.00 for wine club members) - this white wine has a luscious mouthfeel with notes of grapefruit, apricot, and pineapple
2016 Piazza - Nebbiolo/Sangiovese Blend - $36.00 per bottle ($31.00 for wine club members) - this red wine is elegant with a long, smooth finish, and notes of violets, blackberry, and truffle.
2016 Zelda - 100% Zinfandel - $36.00 per bottle ($31.00 for wine club members) -this lively red wine has bold fruit flavor with notes of blackberry jam, red currant, a hint of smoke, and just the right amount of spice.
2016 Grand Cru Syrah - from our Ancient Stones vineyard in The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater - $54.00 per bottle ($46.00 for wine club members) - this red wine has aromas of boysenberry and black olive, lifted by soft floral notes. The mid-palate is savory with notes of smoke and wild herbs.
