In this 3-course hands on cooking class you'll learn to cook a Harvest style menu featuring seasonal ingredients, perfect for entertaining. After your cooking class you'll enjoy each course served with a Siren Song wine pairing.
The Harvest Cooking Class Menu Includes:
- Apple, Fennel & Pomegranate Salad
- Cranberry Chutney with Apples, Pears and Ginger
- Chanterelle Mushroom Stuffed pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon
- Roasted Garlic Potatoes
- Poached Pears in Siren Song Red Wine
Cooking Class Includes:
- Multi-course, hands on menu preparation followed by lunch and wine tasting
- Classes take place in our gourmet commercial kitchen at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery
- You'll learn recipes, the art of “mis en place,” knife skills, and plating tips taught by our Siren in the Kitchen, Holly Brown
- You’ll also receive a Siren in the Kitchen apron to take home
